Description: IAM Hourly represented employees who currently work at the main (Sunnyvale/Palo Alto) unit, Santa Cruz, VAFB or Eastern Range facilities must apply to open requisitions on Brass Ring to be considered for the position. This occupation requires the modification, maintenance and operation of powered transportation vehicles such as cranes, and mobile missile ground handling and support equipment; the installation, repair, maintenance and operation of machine tools, fabrication machines, proof test equipment, plant machinery and mechanical equipment. Supports AIM and Missile Transporting operations. Periodically inspects the above to determine and perform the repair, maintenance, and corrosion control necessary to prevent functional breakdowns.
