Description: Provide support to all facility related operations. Obtain/maintain forklift operating certification. Performs any or one of the following typical laboring tasks: - Digs trenches and any other excavations using picks and shovels. - Demolishes, disassembles and removes structures such as scaffolding, partitions, foundations, floors and walks using hand tools such as crow bars, sledge hammers, and other necessary tools. - Removes debris and salvage material using broom, shovel, wheel barrow or truck and loads into motor trucks. - Remove snow as needed using Shovel/Snow removal equipment. - Maintain roof drains on buildings. - Move office furniture throughout the facility using carts/dolly's and hand trucks.
