Description: Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required. Basic Qualifications: Experience supporting facilities maintenance and operations activities. Experience managing subcontractor services, schedules, and work coordination.
