Description: What You Will Be Doing This position will be responsible for serving as an OT system administrator for the Air Force Plant #4 EMCS and the Fire Department Computer Systems. These systems are Air Force owned and operated by Lockheed Martin. The systems reside on an isolated dedicated network that Facilities Engineering has the responsivity to design, secure and maintain at the site. The systems share the same network backbone and pass information to one another as needed. These are Operational Technology (OT) Systems (as classified by DHS) that are SCADA in nature and operate in Real Time. Description: The Senior Fire Protection Engineer leads design, analysis, and implementation of fire protection systems for Lockheed Martin Greenville Site Operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards while mentoring subordinates and members of Facilities Maintenance team on our Fire Protection Systems. Key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with NFPA, DoD, FAA, and customer specifications. - Conduct fire-hazard analyses, risk assessments, and develop safety cases. - Review and approve fire-protection drawings, specifications, and test plans. - Coordinate with program managers, system engineers, and external stakeholders. - Develop/maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best-practice documentation. - Participate in incident investigations and corrective-action implementation. - Support cost estimating, budgeting, and schedule tracking for fire-protection deliverables.
