Description: Program Financial Analyst - Level 2 Location: Palmdale CA What You Will Be Doing You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team. As the Financial Management Analyst you will be supporting a multitude of program finance functions including: establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), and conducting Earned Value analysis and reporting.
