Description: Financial Management - Level 2 What You Will Be Doing You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team at Financial Management – Level 2. In this role you will support a multitude of program finance functions, providing essential financial oversight and analysis to ensure the success of ADP initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Establish and manage program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB). - Analyze and reconcile actual costs against budgets and estimates. - Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) for program budgeting and forecasting. - Conduct Earned Value analysis and prepare associated reporting. - Perform cost allocation in accordance with established accounting policies. - Control program costs through monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions. - Prepare financial performance reports and deliver contractual financial deliverables to stakeholders.
