Overview
LMI is seeking a Business / Data Analyst at the Level III level to produce the trusted assessment and reporting foundation for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Agile and Atlassian Cloud modernization initiatives. The role combines business process discovery, quantitative analysis, stakeholder interviews, and operational reporting to help leaders make informed decisions about readiness, sequencing, training, and tool adoption. The Business / Data Analyst will document how teams manage work today; analyze Jira Cloud usage, workflow patterns, survey responses, and interview findings; and establish a reliable inventory of teams, projects, and readiness needs. Using Excel and Power BI or Tableau, the analyst will translate disparate information into clear findings, repeatable classifications, practical recommendations, and portfolio-level measures.
