LMI is seeking an experienced Human Capital Senior Business Analyst at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) headquarters in Springfield, VA. This position will support the FPS Human Capital Management Directorate with a myriad of analytical and business process matters impacting various strategic workforce initiatives and priorities. In addition, the incumbent will provide critical operational support and integration of new or improved programs and processes across the organization.
