Position: Asset Associate Job Description: Principal Responsibilities: • Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery and ensure timely supply of products. • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate delivery schedules, lead times, and other commercial conditions. • Monitor open POs, backlog, delivery status, and inventory to identify and resolve potential issues. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve supply or delivery issues. • Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure appropriate product availability. • Optimize inventory levels while balancing customer demand, supply availability, and business requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline PO and supplier management processes. • Proactively communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
