Description: This Program Finance Analyst position is in support of the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Program. The successful candidate will work cross functionally alongside Program Management, CAM's, engineers, Sourcing, as well as our own finance organization to meet the expectations of this fast-paced program and will be responsible for, but not limited to: - Manage the Level of Effort CLINs’ business rhythms - Collaborate with Program Leads to prepare accurate Estimate at Completion (EAC)s monthly including identification and tracking of financial risks and opportunities - Execute Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including Program baselines, subcontractor data integration, EAC/ETC analysis, CDRL preparation and delivery - Provide financial leadership and guidance to Program leads in a cost-conscious culture; communicate financial metrics required to ensure focus on cost control - Proactively assess program spend and communicate funding needs based on EAC’s -...

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.   CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
