Description: Associate Finance Manager- Level 4 What You Will Be Doing This position will report to the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team in Palmdale, CA or Marietta, GA supporting a team of analyst in a multitude of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), and conducting Earned Value analysis and reporting. The candidate will also oversee multiple financial cost analyses including cost allocation, controlling costs, and preparation of financial performance reports and contractual deliverables. In addition to the above, this candidate will also be responsible to provide support in career development, generating performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, monitor and provide training and perform as a mentor.
