Description: Financial Management - Level 2 - Junior Level What You Will Be Doing You will be a Financial Analyst assigned to the Data Analytics and Tools Team within the ADP organization. Our team is responsible for applying APEX and Continuous Improvement principles to the daily tasks and projects of the Finance and Business Operations team at ADP to optimize performance and employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Be the primary Point of Contact for data analytics projects in ADP • Collaborate with program teams to enable usage of tools and dashboards in program space • Develop, automate, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau for finance, operations, and executive audiences. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes through automation and analytics best practices.
