Our Manager of State Income Tax will be responsible for completing tax assignments, developing team members, identifying process efficiencies, and driving change. The following outlines the primary responsibilities, along with special projects and stretch assignments that may arise from business needs or tax law updates: • Perform daily state and local tax research on evolving tax rules, special projects, and studies. • Schedule and conduct state income tax audits for the corporation’s state tax returns. • Review and participate in the preparation and filing of the corporation’s state income tax filings. • Perform calculations of current and deferred state income tax provisions and forecasts. • Manage and supply data for forward pricing and incurred cost audits. • Actively pursue state refund opportunities. • Assist...
