Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Management Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Resources and Analysis (R&A) Directorate. Candidates must have experience with acquisition and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes at the Department of War (DoW) or Service Component Headquarters level and using the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system.
