Description: The Business Operations Director provides Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) leadership for Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL). In this senior role the incumbent oversees Accounting, Program Finance, Pricing, and Contracts. In addition, it is responsible for guiding ATL Facilities, IT, and Security on a dotted line basis. As the finance subject‑matter expert, the Director participates in all Senior Leadership meetings, offering data‑driven insight that guides strategic decision‑making. The Director is responsible for the monthly ATL financial close, performing variance analysis and preparing reports for internal management reviews as well as for Research and Technology (R&T) and Missiles & Fire Control (MFC).
