Description: You will be the Financial Management Staff for the E&T‑Finance program team. Our team is responsible for developing and tracking budgets, forecasting manpower, and performing Earned Value analysis across multiple funding sources. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for leading program finance functions, establishing cost baselines, and guiding a team of Business Analysts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain program budgets, manpower forecasts, and Earned Value calculations. Establish and manage program cost baselines; conduct variance and Earned Value analysis using EFS, SAP, and other enterprise tools. Coordinate Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and present recommendations to senior leadership. Mentor and coach junior Financial Analysts.
