Our Lead Senior Tax Accountant in the State Tax Compliance function will oversee all aspects of state income tax compliance, complete tax assignments, develop team members, identify process efficiencies, and drive change. The core responsibilities are listed below, with additional special projects and stretch assignments assigned as business needs or tax law updates arise: -Prepares and reviews state corporate income/franchise tax returns, extensions, estimated tax payments and related supporting documentation. -Performs apportionment analysis and support key systems, including CorpTax, Bloomberg, Oracle TRCS, and the OneSource calendar, dataflow, and workflow. -Oversees and assist with gathering information and responding to state tax notices received from the state/local tax jurisdictions. -Prepares state tax models to reflect regulatory changes....
