Description SAIC is seeking a Requirements Analyst/Product Owner to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) in modernizing and managing mission-critical solutions. This multifaceted role combines the responsibilities of gathering and managing requirements with the strategic vision, prioritization, and execution skills of a Product Owner.
