Description We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Control (ATC) Scenario Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contract. The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing, analyzing, and packaging training scenario packages for FAA terminal facilities. Key Responsibilities Support the development of training scenario packages for terminal facilities using the FAA's scenario development tools, in coordination with the Lead SME and FAA Technical Lead (TL). Provide simulation development training and technical support to designated facility staff capable of producing simulation content for their own facility. Become familiar with assigned facility operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Letters of Agreement (LOAs) to facilitate scenario development.
