Description SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manage r to function as a Systems Engineer and Technical Advisor (SETA) in support of a U.S. Government customer in Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate will serve as the Government's trusted technical advisor overseeing the procurement and deployment of a cloud-based enterprise environment. The candidate will be responsible for understanding and capturing stakeholder needs, converting those needs into actionable requirements and concepts of operations, and establishing Statements of Work (SOWs) on behalf of the Government to drive executable task orders.
