Description SAIC is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Cloud Security Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of cloud security and network security capabilities supporting complex enterprise and federal government environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking, cloud security, proxy technologies, SASE/SSE, and cybersecurity operations , with hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining proxy policies and resolving operational security and connectivity issues. This position requires an engineer who is comfortable working in a customer-facing operational environment, managing O&M tickets, investigating technical issues, communicating effectively with customers, collecting system diagnostic logs/packet captures and escalating complex issues to senior engineering staff when appropriate.
