Overview
LMI is seeking a seasoned Senior Front Office Advisor & Operations Analyst to serve as a trusted counselor to senior leadership within the Federal Protective Service (FPS), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role is embedded in the FPS Office of the Director (front office) and works directly with agency leadership on issues that shape the strategic direction, operational priorities, and mission effectiveness of FPS. The ideal candidate will bring substantial homeland security experience and a strong understanding of FPS’s mission to protect federal facilities and personnel. You will advise senior leaders on complex analytical, policy, and business process matters, helping them make informed decisions that advance the agency’s mission and improve enterprise performance.
