Responsibilities: As a Business Technologist, you will assist management (i.e., executives, managers, business analysts, and decision makers throughout the Agency) in a wide range of operational (day-to-day) and strategic business issues and actions to support decision-making by providing data, analytical tools and evaluation techniques/methods. Utilize state-of-the-art computer technologies to capture and model significant business processes and evaluate business practices. This work will be accomplished in coordination with teams of managers, data stewards, process partners, and customers to facilitate the delivery of the business intelligence necessary to guide the Agency toward strategic success.
