Responsibilities: Perform logistics functions including serving as a POC for customers, resolving complaints, and accepting and documenting deliveries and accountable property. Solicit price quotes, verify funding, prepare documentation, maintain databases, and assist customers with logistics processes. Provide oral and written status updates to customers and statistical information to management and business units. Position-specific duties may include one or more of the following: material disposal, property accountability, cargo movement, mail handling, transportation services, and/or travel program administration, assisting with food and retail services, or handling hazardous materials.
