Responsibilities: Instructional Designers in the National Cryptologic University support mission organizations by designing learning events and programs that align with the work roles of employees, and mission goals. This is accomplished by assessing the customers-training needs, defining training goals, designing training objectives, developing training events, determining appropriate training delivery methods, and evaluating design or purchase options.
