Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The Army Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a senior fleet training team lead to provide Fleet deployment training exercise support leadership to Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced manager and training SME in Navy exercise program task requirements. In addition, he/she will have excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills, as well as a minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience: Technical Lead, Program Lead, or Project Lead and subject matter expert for respective task requirements Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) development and execution processes Tactical/ operational planning, synthetic /live training exercises/ event execution, lessons learned and after-action reporting Conducting fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions Developing exercise/event...
