Description SAIC is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (Employee Assistance Counselor) to support our customer in Las Cruces, NM. The Mental Health Clinician (EAP) provides evidence-based, individualized mental health services in support of employee well-being and organizational resilience. This role delivers direct clinical care, crisis response, consultation, and wellness programming while collaborating closely with leadership, internal partners, and external providers. Services are delivered through a combination of in-person and secure telehealth platforms.
