Description SAIC is seeking a Material Coordinator to support the USMC at our Hanahan, SC location. This position is 100% on-site. Job Duties: Assist with inventory tracking, staging, packing, storage, and shipping tasks to include palletizing, wrapping, banding Ability to perform material picks to fulfill work orders/kitting for equipment builds, test, and shipment as directed Use of database inventory management and barcoding systems to maintain accurate inventory records of material receipt, movement, and shipping Ability to unpack and verify the accuracy of shipments by checking for discrepancies, and reporting non-conformance May be required to assist in performing technical work, which may include but is not limited to performance of periodic preventive maintenance operations on equipment.
