Position: HR Benefit Analyst Job Description: Arrow is looking for a Retirement Benefits Analyst to join the Americas compensation and benefits team in our Centennial, CO location. The Retirement Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration of Arrow’s qualified and non-qualified retirement plans in the US and Canada. This role will act as a subject matter expert with federal, state and local laws impacting retirement programs and will assist with compliance in all regulatory requirements, including government filings (eg. Form 5500), and satisfy internal and external audit requirements.
