Description: The RMS Organizational Effectiveness team is responsible for leading strategic projects that accelerate our organization transformation. We deliver value to our customers and fuel business growth by supporting leaders in RMS to: • Build organizations that can deliver on their strategic priorities • Motivate their teams to embrace change and achieve our strategic imperatives • Build relationships that create trust, open dialogue, and transparency The Organizational Effectiveness Senior Consultant will design and execute interventions to improve organization performance and advance the RMS strategy.
