Position: DACH Recruiter (German-Speaking) Job Description: As a Recruiter supporting the DACH region, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across technical, corporate, and sales roles for our offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role supports Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, a global leader in electronic component distribution. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent by applying effective recruitment strategies. You will partner closely with hiring managers, provide insights into local market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be part of the EMEA Recruiting team based in Gdańsk, with most recruitment activities conducted remotely.
