Position: HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Enablement Job Description: As an HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Enablement , you will drive global recruiting process alignment, efficiency, and innovation. This role partners with Talent Acquisition (TA), HR Solutions Center (HRSC), and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to optimize workflows, enhance candidate experience, create efficiency and automation, through the adoption of technology across Arrow’s teams. You will balance operational execution with strategic initiatives, applying problem-solving techniques based on data and analytics. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans, with oversight from your manager.
