The HR Generalist supports complex employee and manager inquiries requiring policy interpretation, compliance review, and independent issue resolution. This role applies sound HR judgment, ensures consistent policy application, mitigates risk, and partners with HR leadership, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal as needed.
