Description SAIC is seeking a Director of HR Systems to lead the modernization and management of its HR technology portfolio. The candidate will partner with HR functional executive and senior HR leaders to define and execute an HR technology strategy and roadmap supporting business growth objectives and emergent opportunities. Essential for success is building and maintaining strong relationships with internal HR and IT partners as well as other stakeholders within the organization. Candidate will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Applications within the IT Office. The candidate must have previously served in both HR functional and HR technical roles, with experience leading HR operations and as well as managing HR Systems.
