Description SAIC is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Human Resource Analyst with an active Secret clearance to join our dynamic team in supporting the Department of War (DoW) Office of Strategic Capital (OSC). This position will be located in Washington, DC. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide human resource (HR) management, strategy development and execution, organizational transformation, and change management, and problem-solving. The candidate will execute various HR actions to include hiring and onboarding; analyze the productivity and efficiency of organizational structure, support performance management tracking and tasks, projects, and activities; and advise SES-level leadership on the effectiveness of government staffing and operations.
