Position: HR Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits Job Description: The Global Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for supporting strategic business objectives through the design, development and execution of Arrow’s global compensation and benefit programs. The manager is a key business partner responsible for providing guidance and support to the regional HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits functions and successfully managing global HR and leadership relationships and global compensation and benefits projects.
