Description: THE WORK This is a HRBP role providing strategic HR support to market segment(s) in the Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) Global Sustainment (GS) Function within the Rotary and Mission System’s Business Area. This lead HRBP will provide direct support to the Senior Manager of TLS GS of the Air and Commercial Solutions (ACS) and Land & Maritime Solutions (LMS) in addition to providing support to approximately 500+ geographically dispersed employees across the world.
