Position Summary
Odyssey is looking for an HR Support/Team Lead to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) at Ft Detrick, MD. The person filling the role will provide a full range of federal government HR Management Support services IAW the Office of Personnel Management, DoD, and Military Service-specific personnel management policies and regulations as applicable. Specific tasks include but are not limited to civilian personnel performance objectives and evaluations, military officer evaluations and non-commissioned officer evaluations, civilian and military awards, taskers, alert rosters, organization chart updates, in/out-processing of personnel, welcome packages, accountability and strength reporting, maintenance of personnel files and the management of the electronic personnel database, award process support, and general administrative support.
