This role will represent Lockheed Martin Space technician talent pipeline for the site as well as working with Talent Acquisition and Government Relations on several aspects of an apprenticeship program. Duties include but not limited to project management, information sessions, onboarding, training, and coordinating with leadership, local government, high schools, secondary education. Travel in this role can be up to 25% which is mostly local.
