Description: We are seeking a Senior Organizational Design Consultant with a specialization in supporting 1LMX Organizational Design. In this role, you will be a key player in helping our enterprise functional clients navigate the complex landscape of 1LMX by optimizing their organizational structures, processes, and talent to drive successful transformations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our clients harness the full potential of digital technologies to achieve their strategic goals. As a subject matter expert on the Enterprise Operations Talent and Organizational Capability team, this position will be key to ensuring that we deliver on the OD objectives relative to 1LMX.
