Position: Technical Solution Architect Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: Act as technical advisor for global HR technology related issues and provide consultation regarding changes to system capabilities to enhance system operations. Under general direction execute global HR Technology strategy identifying opportunities for establishing or enforcing consistency across regions. Manage HR Technology projects/initiatives technical scope to support opportunities for efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
