Description: The individual selected for this position will support the Leave of Absence (LOA) and the Return to Work program. This includes understanding the LOA plan designs as well as the various LOA policies and procedures to effectively support administration. The position will also act as a liaison between employees/HR/managers and the vendor partners to research and resolve escalated leave cases and administer the return-to-work program. Principle Responsibilities and Duties: • Support the return-to-work program, monitor, document and track employee work restrictions and assist HR Compliance in the accommodations process. • Partner with the business areas including payroll, compliance, medical directors, wellness centers and Health and Welfare benefits to review and resolve complex escalated cases. • Support the LOA programs – day to day support. • Assist with updates to LOA policies and leave related communications. • Assist with incorporating process changes related...
