LMI is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our growing technology organization. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting high-caliber technical talent across cloud engineering, software development, DevSecOps, data engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, and other emerging technology domains supporting mission-driven solutions for federal customers. The ideal candidate is a strong technical recruiter who understands modern technology environments and can translate complex hiring needs into effective talent strategies.
