Odyssey Systems is currently hiring a Recruiter to join our Space and Missile Defense team in Colorado Springs, CO. T he ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for defense contracts and a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of the Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environment. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various DoD contracts, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and company policies. This is a full life cycle recruiting position responsible for maintaining relationships with decision makers across the Space and Missile Defense portfolio, in addition to providing a "first-in-class" candidate experience.
