Within Human Capital, this role supports the Talent Management function by building and creating a high impact learning environment to accelerate overall employee performance. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing people manager effectiveness and driving strategic learning initiatives. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess enterprise and business specific needs, design impactful learning solutions and bring innovative and well-designed programs and learning experiences to life.
