Position: Senior Executive-HRBP Job Description: Principal Accountabilities ● Responsibilities include engaging all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives. ● Counseling managers on subjects such as performance issues and engagement. Preparing documentation and making recommendations to resolve employee related issues, problem s and performance management concerns. ● Providing support to managers or employees in matters relating to HR policies and practices.
