The Work As the Lead Systems Engineer, you will: • Provide technical direction and tasking to a team of multi-disciplinary engineers • Interface with program and customer representatives on scope, schedule and funding • Ensure technical integrity of delivered product and ensure alignment to department roadmap and vision • Be responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance of an effort • Lead systems‑engineer activities for simulation and training subsystems across the full product lifecycle. • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, decompose software requirements and interfaces, and verify requirements. • Apply Model‑Based Engineering (MBE) to solve...
