Overview
LMI is seeking a Scrum Master to support Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) digital modernization and technology delivery initiatives. This full-time role provides hands-on Agile delivery leadership across multiple concurrent Scrum teams, helping multidisciplinary teams plan, execute, inspect, and improve work while maintaining clear visibility into commitments, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. The Scrum Master IV will manage multiple Jira boards, facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, support backlog readiness, coordinate cross-team dependencies, remove impediments, and use delivery metrics to improve predictability and flow. The role partners closely with Product Owners, technical leads, designers, analysts, engineers, QA resources, and program leadership while preserving clear ownership of product, technical, and delivery decisions.
