Overview
We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to own the operational backbone of LIGER, an enterprise AI platform that connects knowledge, systems, and agentic workflows to accelerate outcomes across federal missions. You’ll be the person who keeps the engineering team focused, measured, and unblocked – not through ceremony, but through clean data, smart tooling, and disciplined execution. Our engineering team runs on a Kanban-based delivery model with structured weekly syncs, quarterly goal-setting, and capacity-based measurement. This role owns that system end-to-end. You won’t be running sprints – you’ll be maintaining the dashboards, enforcing data hygiene, generating the reports, and facilitating the rituals that keep the team aligned and moving.
