Description SAIC in support of the Ground Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract seeks an enthusiastic and outgoing Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This individual should have a desire to facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, processes, and assist teams in delivering mission and customer value. Scrum Masters communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement on our program located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Major duties of the position include: Serve as a facilitator of ART level events and processes including Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap creation, Backlog management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, Product Owner Sync, Scrum of Scrums, PI Review, Demonstrations, Retrospectives, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops.
